Robin exhibits an excellent sense of
interpersonal skills such as being able to interact with ALL different
types of athletes at different levels. His compassion for cycling and
research in finding different ways to train other people to succeed is
amazing. I would like to emphasize his knowledge and patience with
cyclists and their demands, whether they are high or low. Robin will
put his clients' needs first than his.
On a coaching level, his knowledge and ability to identify cyclists'
strengths and weaknesses is amazing. With the use of his natural people
skills, it brings the best out of his clients and produces great
results. His ability to analyze data using the SRM/Powertap is
excellent and very helpful. He has gone out of his way to ensure that
things are in good working order and that the data is interpreted
clearly to maximize better results.
